Student of excellent cooks, who from an early age instilled in me the passion for cooking and the ability, I believe, to make diners taste captivating and delicious dishes, which celebrate the classic with a personal and innovative streak.

Home chef, personal chef, organizer of events for adults and children and on request, creation of themed parties..

I also organize Italian cooking demonstrations at home, where customers really get "hands on" to learn techniques and secrets of the oldest recipes in the country.
